Our PolyExtra fabric is meticulously crafted from two-ply polyester fabric that is specially loomed and dyed to withstand the most demanding weather conditions, counteract the effects of ultra-violet light, and remain crisp and bright
We embroider our star fields in house and then carefully assemble each flag for maximum wind resistance with double-stitched unidirectional chain stitching on every seam and a full ¼” turn on all seams to produce the longest lasting flag on the market
Flags 20X38′ and larger are designed for exceptionally tall poles, therefore, we finish the fly hems with 6 rows of stitching and a double X-box on each seam for maximum reinforcement
We use color matched T60 thread which can withstand up to 60 lbs. of force and it is the strongest thread used by any major manufacturer on the market
Flags 20 X 38′ and larger are put under exceptional stress from the weather, therefore, we reinforce the headings with 1 .5” webbing that is 3X as strong as a car seatbelt and then we add 3 center grommets and 2 heavy duty chrome D-Rings for equal distribution of wind force on the flag heading
