All Texas state flags feature a single nylon opaque white appliqué star sewn on with zig-zagged stitching on the edges to resist against ripping
30X50′ Flags and larger are designed for highest flagpoles, therefore, we finish these flags with 6 rows of stitching on the fly hems and a double X-box on each seam for maximum reinforcement
We use color matched T60 thread which can withstand up to 60 lbs. of force and is the strongest thread used by any major manufacturer on the market
Flags 30 X 50’ and larger experience substantial wind pressure, therefore, we reinforce the headings on these extra-large flags with 1 .5” webbing that is 3X as strong as a car seatbelt and finish it with 7 brass center grommets and 2 heavy duty chrome D-Rings for even distribution of wind force
