The Thailand national flag, also known as the Tri-Rong, features a red, white, and blue tricolor design that has been in use since 1917. The current design was adopted following a nationwide contest held by King Vajiravudh (Rama VI). Interestingly, the king himself designed several flags before selecting the final design. This flag is a powerful symbol of Thai identity and national unity.
